A Mississippi Gulf Coast 23 piece big band orchestra that recreates the swinging
jazz sounds of the fabulous big band era. The Coast Big Band performs compositions that
span an entire century of music including classics made famous by Duke Ellington, Glenn Miller,
Artie Shaw, Benny Goodman, Count Basie, Stan Kenton, Harry James and Tommy & Jimmy Dorsey.

The band now has added more contemporary songs from the 60's, 70's and 80's.


In the tradition of great big bands, The Coast Big Band consists of saxophones,
trombones, trumpets, guitar, bass, piano, drums with vocalist David Delk and Shari Pol.
